• For Scientist: Candidates need a First Class M.Sc. /Master Degree in relevant discipline along with 9 years research/teaching experience.
• For Lab Technician post: Degree in Science from recognized university or 12th with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician.
• For Data Entry Operator post: Degree of a recognized university or equivalent with 8000 key depression per hour.
• Age Limit for AIIMS Delhi Recruitment 2017: Maximum age limit is 45 years for Scientist & 18 to 30 years for other
